Why should I rent an Owner Direct condo at Maui Kamaole as compared to other rental sources?
Owner direct Maui Kamaole condos offer several advantages over condos rented through other non-owner direct sources:
- Maui Kamaole is not a hotel property, so all condos are owned by individual owners, but not all owners directly rent their condos
- Owner direct condos eliminate many layers of middlemen that add cost, without much value
- Owner direct condos allow you to know the exact condo you will be renting in advance, and know the location on property
- Owner direct condos allow you to see extensive pictures of the exact condo you will be renting
- Owner direct condos are usually among the premium, most upgraded condos on property
- Renting directly from an owner allows you to talk to a knowledgeable condo owner in advance to answer specific questions you might have about the condo or Maui Kamaole property
Why should I rent your Maui Kamaole condo as compared to other Maui Kamaole condos?
Our own two Maui Kamaole condos offer many advantages over other Maui Kamaole condos on property:
- Our condo location in the Illima Cluster (I building) offers one of the best locations on property
- Our condos offer peaceful privacy with no road noise. Many of the condos at the front of the property (A, G, H building) may have great ocean
views, but look out over South Kihei Road and experience significant road noise at all times of the day and night. In contrast, our I building sits just behind this first ring of
buildings and offers a close beach location, but blissfully no road noise
- Our condos are very close to the main "turtle" pool and a short walk to the tropical waterfall pool
- Our I building location is close to the front of the property and much easier walk to the beach as compared to the buildings at the back of the property
- Our I building is surrounded by additional tropical garden space compared to many other buildings
- Our 2 BR front lanai offers a great overlook of the main pool and the beautiful Maui Kamaole grounds
- Our 2 BR rear lanai offers views of the beautiful tropical gardens and slopes of Haleakala, instead of overlooking the parking lot that almost all the other condos provide
- Our 1 BR condo offers a partial Oceanview at the value price of Gardenview unit
- Our 1 BR condo offers a tropically landscaped private rear courtyard
- Our 1 BR condo is easily accessible to the physically challenged - absolutely no stairs from our parking spot to inside of condo
- Our two condos are located in the same building and provide convenient close location for parties travelling together
- Our condos have been extensively remodeled and redecorated
- Both condos offer upgraded kitchens with granite countertops, new appliances, and complete supplies
- Our MauiParadise.Net web site offers over 200 pictures of our condos and Maui Kamaole, more Maui Kamaole pictures than any other web site
- We have offered our owner direct Maui Kamaole condos for rent since 1999
- Our condos are our own vacation homes, and we visit Maui ourselves and stay in our condos 2 or 3 times a year
- On our many visits to Maui, we look forward to the opportunity to meet some of our guests
- We welcome back many repeat visitors to our condos that come year after year
- Both our condos offer free wireless high-speed internet
- Our condos are both strictly Non-smoking condos
- Maid service available during your stay for an additional fee
Why should I stay at Maui Kamaole as compared to other south Maui condo resorts
- Maui Kamaole is Kihei's premier condo resort
- Maui Kamaole offers luxury, privacy, peaceful surroundings, extensive tropical grounds
- Most other Maui condos are multi-story condo buildings with several other floors of units above and below
- Maui Kamaole buildings are spaced apart with only 2 levels of units
- Maui Kamaole is low-density, low-rise Kihei vacation rental resort, more like a townhouse development than a multi-story condo development
- Maui Kamaole buildings are low rise and arranged in small clusters with beautiful landscaped areas between. The result is a very quiet, peaceful and private tropical Hawaiian setting.
- Maui Kamaole has non-crowded, quiet, peaceful feeling compared to the more crowded, and noisy setup of many of the other vacation rental resorts
- Maui Kamaole offers the luxury of Wailea at value prices of Kihei
- Maui Kamaole offers individually reserved parking space close to condo entrance
- Maui Kamaole prohibits smoking in condo common areas
Why should I stay in south Maui as compared to west Maui (Kaanapali / Lahaina) and other locations in Maui?
- South Maui offers the best largest number of beaches on Maui
- No high-rise buildings that are so common in West Maui
- South Maui offers a close central location to all Maui has to offer
- Much closer than West Maui to airport, Kahului shopping, Hana and other east Maui destination
- South Maui is the closest location to Molokini - Maui's premier underwater volcano crater snorkeling haven
- South Maui offers the best sunny weather on Maui because of location in the "rain shadow" of Haleakala
Why should I vacation in Maui when there are other vacation destinations (U.S. and non-US)?
- Maui offers an unbeatable combination of advantages
- Maui offers fantastic year round weather. Regardless of when you travel to Maui, you will find average 80 degree temps year round, minimal rain, with no bad season.
- Hawaii offers the exotic, tropical feeleing of a foreign destination, but the safety, security, infrastructure (roads, medical, sanitation, airlines, etc.) of the US
- Our personal experience of travelling all over the world have shown there is no place that offers all the fantastic benefits of Maui, Hawaii
Why should I rent a condo instead of staying at a hotel?
- Condo living offers much more space than an average hotel room - 1061 sq ft in our 1 BR, and 1279 sq ft in our 2 BR condo
- A condo offers a complete home, not just a room - Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, separate bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry, 2 or 3 Lanais
- Front and back sliding glass doors - great ventilation for tropical breezes
