Listed Maui accommodation rates are for stays of 7 - 27 nights in our Maui Kamaole condos

10% monthly discount for stays of 28 nights or longer

Minimum stay 7 nights unless filling smaller gap between existing reservations, or less than 2 months to arrival

Minimum stay 14 nights during Christmas & New Years holiday

Max occupancy is 2 people in our 1 Bedroom Maui condo, and 4 people in our 2 Bedroom Maui accomodation.

During peak periods, additional charge possible for non-weekend arrivals or departures unless backing up to existing reservations

Arrival/Departure cleaning fees included at no extra charge except for stays of less than 7 nights in our Kihei condos

For stays of 4 - 6 nights, add $89 for 1 Bedroom Condo cleaning fee and $109 for 2 Bedroom Condo cleaning fee

11.42% Hawaii State Lodging tax and $39 Reservation & MK Front Desk Registration Fee additional

$400 reservation & damage deposit payable to condo owner at reservation time by check, money order or electronic transfer for stays up to 3 weeks

$800 reservation & damage deposit required for stays of 3 weeks or longer

Total payment due 3 months in advance to condo owner by check, money order, or electronic transfer (4 months in advance for Christmas/New Years or stays of 3 weeks or longer)

Cancellation fees - $200 / week if more than 5 months notice

Cancellation fees - Full deposit amount if less than 5 months notice until time of full payment

Cancellation fees - After full payment due, partial refund will be given based on ability to totally rebook cancelled dates

Damage deposit refunded after departure pending caretaker report of no damage or missing items, no smoking in our condo or lanais, & electricity bill indicating that usage was not excessive

Both of our luxury Kihei vacation rental condos are non-smoking units!
